Using PVR/DVR
The PVR/DVR button opens the Recordings screen displaying all events that are recorded to the hard drive of the receiver.
Using Skip Back
During live programming, or playing a recorded program, the Skip Back button reverses 10 seconds. Use the Skip Back feature as a replay option. In the EPG, the Skip Back button skips back one full day. When the program is paused, use the Skip Back button to skip back 10 seconds at a time.
Note: Backward frame-by-frame looks different and may skip back more frames in one button press than forward frame-by-frame.
Using Skip Forward
The Skip Forward button skips 30 seconds into the future of the recording, making it easier to skip commercials. Once the program is live again, a message will appear on the screen. In the EPG, the Skip Forward button skips forward one full day. When the program is paused, use the Skip Forward button to go frame by frame.
Using Rewind
The Rewind button rewinds the program. When the program is paused, pressing the Rewind button will play the recording in slow motion backwards.
Using Forward
The Rewind button rewinds the program. When the program is paused, pressing the Forward button will play the recording in slow motion.
Using Pause
The Pause button is used to pause the program.
Using Stop
The Stop button stops the playback of a recorded program, and stops recording the current program bringing it to Live Mode.
Using Play
The Play button plays a program that has been paused or to start playing a recorded program.
Using Record
The Record button is used to start recording a program. When watching a live program, pressing Record will bring up options to choose whether to record the remainder of the event, or to continue recording until Stop is pressed. When in the EPG, pressing Record on a program will set a PVR/DVR timer.
