How do I know my receiver's model number?
The receiver's model number is located on the lower left corner of the front of the receiver. You can also find this information on the System Info screen. Use any of the following procedures to get to this screen.

Press the System Info button on the front of the receiver.
Pull the Smart Card half way out of its slot.
Turn the receiver off and press the Channel Up button.
Press Menu on the Remote. Go to System Setup, Installation, and then System Info.

How do I know my remote's model number?
The remote's model number is on the label on the back of the remote.
