Super Diagnostics allows faster access to important system information and settings.

How to access Super Diagnostics

Press the MENU button on the remote.

Press MENU button again on the remote
OR press MENU on the remote. Go to System Setup, Installation, ansd System Info.

Once on Super Diagnostics, you can use Single Button Navigation to move through the different menu screens.

Select Cancel on any Super Diagnostics menu to go back to programming.

System Information 1 Description

Field	Description
a	Good means no problems. Error or Warning, view Details (press 4) for additional information.
b	Counts how many times the receiver has lost signal for all tuners. The receiver will reset the counter to zero (0) after 48 hours.
c	Red: the receiver cannot dial out, check phone connections. Green: the receiver can connect through the phone line.
d	Receiver model and software version.
e	Receiver and Smart Card numbers.
f	Not used at this time.
g	Quick check of each satellite location.
h	Installed devices.
i	Remote address. Remote address TV1(For dual tuner receivers: 222, 322, 522, 622, 625, 722, and 942).
j	Remote address TV2(For dual tuner receivers: 222, 322, 522, 622, 625, 722, and 942).

System Information 1 Details The details screen text will provide instructions on how to resolve the error condition being reported.
