Phone Line Connections

Description
When you connect your receiver(s) to a phone line, you will be able to use features on your receiver(s) you were unable to use before. Connecting a phone line to the receiver allows you to view on screen Caller ID, order PPV with your remote and even pay your bill through the Customer Support Application (CSA).

Ethernet Connections

Description
With the receivers listed below, you will have an additional option to connecting your receiver to a phone line. A feature called IP callback is available and allows receivers to update Pay-Per-View records, and avoid the monthly TV2 Receiver Access fee, using a broadband Internet connection. To fully utilize all features on the receiver a phone line connection is still required.
