Favorite Lists are lists of favorite channels. Each favorite list has a unique color in the program guide. Favorite Lists allow you to group your favorite channels into a list, which makes searching easier.

How to : Favorite List for Dish Player 7100/7200
How to Add Channels to a Favorite List:
- Press the Home button on the remote.
- Select TV Listings
- Select By Favorite channels
- Select Set Up Favorites
- Choose the List
- From the channels list, highlight and select the desired channel(s).
- Select Done
How to Edit List Name:
- Press the Home button on the remote.
- Select TV Listings
- Select By Favorite channels
- Select Set Up Favorites
- Choose the List
- Select Rename List
- Press the Enter button on the remote.
- Select letter(s) and/or number(s) from the number buttons to spell out the desired name.
- Select Done
How to Delete Channel(s) from the Favorite List:
- Press theHome button on the remote.
- Select TV Listings
- Select By Favorite channels
- Select Set Up Favorites
- Choose the List
- From the channels list, highlight and select the desired channel(s).
- Select Done
How to Add Channels to Favorite List:
- Press the Menu button on the remote to open the Main Menu.
- Select the Favorites option.
- Select the desired Favorite List.
** This does not apply to the All Chan, All HD and All Sub list.
Note: A check will appear next to the "Selected List" to indicate the selection.
- Select Modify List.
- From the channels list, highlight and select the desired channel(s).
Use the up/down arrow or enter the 3-digit channel number to bring the desired channel into view.
Note: A check will appear next to the channel number(s) to indicate the selection.
- Select the Save option to save all changes to the Favorite List.
How to Edit List Name:
- Press the Menu button on the remote to open the Main Menu.
- Select the Favorites option.
- Select the desired Favorite List.
** This does not apply to the All Chan, All HD and All Sub list.
Note: A check will appear next to the "Selected List" to indicate the selection.
- Select Edit List Name.
- Select letter(s) and/or number(s) from the number buttons to spell out the desired name.
- Maximum of eight characters, including spaces.
- A list must have at least one character.
- Two lists cannot have the same name.
- Select the back option from the number buttons to delete undesired character(s).
Note: At any time select the Clear option to immediately remove all characters from the name.
- Select the Save option to save all changes to the Favorite List.
How to Delete Channel(s) from the Favorite List:
- Press the Menu button on the remote to open the Main Menu.
- Select the Favorites option.
- Select the desired Favorite List.
** This does not apply to the All Chan, All HD and All Sub list.
Note: A check will appear next to the "Selected List" to indicate the selection.
- Select Modify List.
- From the channels list, highlight and select the desired channel(s).
Note: The check will disappear to indicate that the channel(s) has been deleted.
- Select the Save option to save all changes to the Favorite List.
* Once in the Electronic Program Guide,
press the
Guide button on the remote to change Favorite Lists.
